Off The Griddle (OTG) offers home-cooked meals and daily specials, as well as fan favorites, on their food truck. You can find out where they'll be on their Facebook page. You're as likely to see them at large events, festivals, and concerts as you are parked in Madison County in front of a local shop.
OTG also caters special events such as weddings, showers, parties, corporate events, school functions, fundraisers, and more. OTG has the ability to cater with their food truck or traditionally (buffet, plated, family style, boxed lunches, take-n-bake, and stations).
