Ellen is a classically trained chef and graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. While her broader degree is in culinary arts, she commands a passion for baking sweets, treats and more. Her highly coveted home bakery is located in Winterset, Iowa, where she designs, bakes and hand crafts her delicious works of art.
