Paint Madison County (A Plein Air Festival)

Join us for our 3rd annual Paint Madison County event on Sunday, September 21, 2025!  Artists will create artwork in the open air and showcase the hidden gems of Madison County. The public is invited to watch our artists create their masterpieces between 9 am-1 pm (locations to be announced).

*Please note: Artists will be encouraged to paint/create wherever they feel called to. The Paint Madison County committee cannot guarantee an artist will be at every site at all hours. 

End the night with the artists at a reception from 4-7 pm. The artists will showcase the artwork they created throughout the day and YOU can purchase it to take it home that evening! 

Judging for the artists will end at 5:00 pm and awards will be announced shortly after. 

We are excited to also offer a youth division for Paint Madison County! Youth artists will also be creating artwork at the same locations and have their artwork for sale at the evening reception. Come out and support the Madison County Chamber and the local arts!
