Madison County Historical Complex
The museum's lounge area (capacity up to 70) is available for bridal showers, baby showers, graduation parties, receptions, dinners, or business meetings. The price is $125 and includes use of 6-foot tables, folding chairs, an 8-foot serving table, coffee pots, carafes, pitchers, cups, plates, and glasses. (Discounts available for non-profit, governmental or service organizations.)
The historical Zion church on the historical complex grounds offers a quiet country setting for the romantic bride and groom. The sanctuary can be decorated as little or as much as you would like, and the basement offers a space for receptions and has a kitchen.
Other outdoor locations and setups, such as tent space, are available. Please inquire.
Wedding Packages are available as follows:
Rehearsal and ceremony = $250
Rehearsal, ceremony and reception = $400
All rental fees include set-up and tear-down time. Reservations canceled within 30 days of the scheduled event are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. A 50% deposit and $100 damage deposit are required at the time of reservation. (Damage deposit will be held and refunded after final approval.) There is a discount on rental fees for members of the Historical Society.
